Payment Guidelines

All customers will be required to provide a valid form of identification such as a driver’s license or military ID. The State of Texas also requires customers to provide a cash card in order to receive cash payment for non-ferrous items. If you do not have a cash card, you will be paid by check mailed to the address on your identification card. You can apply for a cash card at our facility for future visits. Please contact us with any questions regarding payment processes or cash cards.

What We Don't Accept

  • Hazardous waste (including asbestos)
  • PCB/Transformers/Capacitors
  • Any CFCs
  • Ballasts
  • Cylinders or other containers of compressed gas (including propane)
  • NiCad-Batteries
  • Radioactive materials
  • Mercury / mercury switches
  • PCB containing materials such as capacitors or light ballasts
  • Lead iron pipes
  • Sealed containers (We will take properly prepared sealed units – contact us ahead of time)
  • Liquids of any type
  • Radioactive materials
  • Flammable materials
  • Trash, garbage, concrete and other non-recyclable items
  • Broken, cracked, or leaking batteries
  • Office machines and electronic equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, scanners, computers and monitors
  • Materials with strong or objectionable odors
  • Materials containing asbestos
  • Unidentifiable materials
